We hope every customer is happy with their purchase, but just in case they are not, here is our return and refund policy:
What Can Be Returned?
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you received a damaged product, immediately notify Norm’s team by emailing us at norm.sleep@gmail.com.
Lost Packages:
All reports of lost packages must be submitted to norm.sleep@gmail.com within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
For approved replacements, the new order will be shipped within 3 days at norm’s expense.
Return Requests:
Requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of placing the order.
Reporting Issues:
In case of any issues with your order, such as missing products, incorrect items, or defects, contact our customer support at norm.sleep@gmail.com.
When reporting, please include:
• Your order number
• Pictures of the issue
• A brief explanation

Exemptions to Refunds & Returns:
1. Products must be returned with original seals intact, no visible damage, and all original packaging included. Otherwise the refund won’t be approved.
2. The request was made more than 30 days after receiving the product.
3. There is no evidence of damage or issues.
4. No pictures of the product’s condition were provided by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Process:
At Norm, instead of a refund, we would like to offer you credit for your next purchase, as we have many products to support your health and well-being.
In case of a refund:
• For refunds, the product must be shipped back to Norm’s distribution address at the customer’s expense. Please contact us at norm.sleep@gmail.com before shipping for the return address and instructions.
Once a return request is approved, the product must be shipped back within 10 days. Returns sent after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
